A pricing expert in your corner. The moment you need one.
Most pricing decisions happen in a vacuum. Pricing on Demand gives you on-demand access to a real pricing expert — the moment you need one — at a fraction of the cost of hiring one.
Most companies don't have a pricing problem because they lack tools or data. They have a pricing problem because no one in the building has spent twenty years watching pricing decisions play out — what works, what backfires, and how to tell the difference before you find out the hard way.
That's what Pricing on Demand actually is: a dedicated pricing expert, assigned to you, who's available the moment a decision can't wait. You get the full Pricing Power Tools library as part of the package, but the tools aren't the point — your expert is. They'll tell you which tool actually fits your situation, walk you through how to run it, help you read what it's telling you, and stay in the conversation as you take it to your team and put it into practice.
No guessing which playbook applies. No staring at an output wondering what to do with it. You bring the situation — a renewal, a discount request, a launch, a competitor's move — and your expert helps you work it end to end: the analysis, the judgment call, and the follow-through inside your organization.
Your business expertise + pricing expertise = results
Nobody knows your business better than you. Nobody knows pricing better than we do. When those two things combine, the right answer almost always becomes clear.
Get answers in hours, not months
Hiring a full-time pricing person takes months. A single Pricing on Demand session can unblock a decision you've been sitting on for weeks.
Only pay for what you actually need
Sub-$50M companies need pricing expertise, not a full-time pricing department. Pricing on Demand is built exactly for that — expert access, only when you need it.
You're not getting a generic support queue or a self-serve library. You're getting one pricing expert who knows your business and is available whenever a pricing decision comes up — plus everything else you need to act on their guidance.
Dedicated Slack Pricing Hub
Your direct line to your pricing expert — not a ticket queue, not a different person every time. Ask questions, share context, and get answers between sessions without waiting for the next available slot.
Unlimited ChatDaily Live Sessions
Book on-demand video time with your expert. Sessions run daily, so you get real input on a real decision when it actually needs to be made — not weeks from now.
Book On-DemandGuided Tool Selection & Implementation
Your expert tells you which playbook or tool actually fits your situation, walks you through running it, and helps you interpret what it's telling you — so you're never guessing what to do with an output on your own.
Hands-On GuidanceFull Playbook & Tools Library
Unlimited access to every Pricing Power Playbook and tool — the same library your expert draws on when they're working a problem with you. Yours to use between conversations, too.
Unlimited AccessWhenever a pricing question comes up — a deal you're unsure about, a price increase you're planning, a competitor move you need to respond to — you have two options: drop a message in your Slack hub, or book a live session. Most things get resolved the same day.
For questions that don't need a full session — gut checks, quick frameworks, a second opinion on a number. Post in your dedicated hub and get a response from your pricing expert, typically within a few hours.
For decisions that need a real conversation — a pricing restructure, a difficult customer negotiation, a strategic move you want to think through together. Book on-demand, usually same-day or next-day.
You're in a negotiation and a high-value prospect wants 20% off. You're not sure how much room you have or how to respond without leaving money on the table.
Expert responds: Counter-offer framework, what to ask for in return, and where your real walk-away point is — in under two hours.
Your costs have gone up and your pricing hasn't moved in two years. You know a price increase is overdue but you're worried about losing customers if you do it wrong.
You leave with: A sequenced increase plan, the exact messaging to use, and which customers to grandfather — so you protect retention while recapturing margin.
New product launching in three weeks. You've looked at what competitors charge but you're not sure if you should match, undercut, or price above them.
Expert responds: A recommended price range, the positioning rationale behind it, and what to watch in the first 60 days to know if you got it right.

What happens in a session?
Each session is a 1-on-1 live video call with a pricing expert. You submit your question or topic in advance so we can come prepared. We'll work through your specific situation together — whether that's a pricing strategy question, a decision you're stuck on, a price increase you're planning, or anything else pricing-related.
How quickly can I book a session?
Sessions are available daily and bookable on-demand. Most clients are able to connect with an expert within 24–48 hours of requesting a session, often same-day. You won't be waiting weeks to get an answer to an urgent question.
What kinds of pricing questions can I bring?
Anything pricing-related. Common topics include: how to structure or restructure pricing tiers, how to raise prices without churn, how to respond to a competitor's pricing move, how to negotiate with a key account, how to evaluate whether you're underpriced, and how to build a simple pricing model. If it's related to revenue and how you charge for it, bring it.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts, no minimums, no cancellation fees. Monthly subscriptions are billed month-to-month at $1,900 and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. There's no penalty for cancelling and no minimum number of sessions required.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
Traditional pricing consultants typically have minimum engagement sizes of $20,000–$50,000 and are focused on delivering a specific project outcome. When the engagement ends, you're on your own. Pricing on Demand is designed to be the opposite: ongoing support that's there whenever a pricing question comes up, not a one-time project that leaves you without a resource the moment it wraps.
What's the difference between a Single Session and a subscription?
A Single Session gets you one 1-on-1 video call and a follow-up summary — either 30 minutes at $750 or 60 minutes at $1,200. The monthly subscription at $1,900 includes unlimited on-demand sessions, a dedicated Slack hub for ongoing support between sessions, 24/7 email access, and the full Playbook & Tools library. If you think you'll need more than two or three sessions over the course of a few months, the subscription is the better value — and you can cancel anytime.
